JVR has deployeed a chain of forging drop hammers which are used in closed die forged components perfectly adaped to our customer range of products upto 40 Kgs. a piece as per their specifications. We are engaged in producing forgings of critical and more complex shapes out of high grade alloy and non-alloy steels. We are also equipped with complete heat treatment facilityand all processes like ISO Thermal Annealing, Normalising, Hardening, Tempering, Case Hardening etc. are processed under one roof and meeting our customers' needs relating to hardness and micro structure.
